Firstly, I have successfully made a Neko . It's pretty simple- Just a sheep- But I'm pretty proud of it.

If you don't know, it's a piece of software that makes a little character run around your desktop ^^. I first came across them when I saw *Fenilynx's amazing Sherlock one ([link]) and I wondered how difficult it would be to make one of my own! Then I thought of how funny it would be to have a little herd of sheep following your cursor... It's not perfect, but I'm quite pleased!

Also, I've had an idea but I haven't the equipment/ software to make it happen at the moment. I thought if I put it here, someone might be interested to try it for themselves. I'd really like to see how it would work, or if it would work.

My idea was based on a longing to try to effectively capture rainfall. Whenever you try, it just never seems to turn out right. What I was thinking was that you could set up a DSLR (Or something with a  manual focus and lots of settings...) on a tripod, with a cover to stop it from getting rained on. Then, set a really short shutter speed and manually focus on where the rain is. (I'm not sure if this would bring the rain into focus or not... Cause for experiment I suppose) Once that has been done, set the camera to take a series of photos one after the other of the same spot, so that there is a lot of rain. Once that's done, you can use Photoshop to merge them all into a rainy picture!

Like I said, I'm not sure if it'll actually work, and I'm aware that this isn't exactly chronological, but if anyone was interested in seeing it (For I have neither decent camera nor Photoshop to try it myself) then I'd really like to know how it turns out!
